There is a place on Earth so deep that sunlight never reaches it.

The short answer is:
There is no credible evidence that megalodon still exists.
Megalodon was a massive prehistoric shark that disappeared millions of years ago.
The Mariana Trench theory is especially weak because giant predatory sharks require food. A breeding population would need enough prey, genetic diversity, and ecological support to survive over long periods.
A huge shark population would also likely leave evidence:

None of this has established the survival of megalodon.
